Gazebo:
The gazebo includes 7 wall panels with the 8th side open
for entry, a batten style cedar shingle roof, a louvered,
vented cupola with a weather vane in a style of your choice.
The price includes delivery and set up within 50 miles of
Wausau, WI. The gazebo can be installed on your deck or concrete
slab, or you may purchase a Deck(Floor) from us.

Screen Room :
The screen room option includes a fancy door and removable
screen panels.

Windows :
We offer Roll-up Vinyl Windows which are fastened with
Velcro(TM) and when not needed, roll-up completely out of
the way. This is a much better option than slide-by windows
that only provide a limited opening and cause the Gazebo to
be excessively hot on sunny days. They function better than
regular windows at less than half the cost.

Deck:
The deck is pressure treated and constructed from 1 1/4"
boards on a solid structural frame which is set on concrete
patio blocks (provided). (picture)

Raised:
The raised option raises the deck 14" and provides screened
lattice panels and a step.

Pre-Stained:
The pre-stained option provides the gazebo completely stained
in a color of your choice. We use Sherwin-Williams best solid
stain on the entire gazebo. There may be an additional charge
for other stains or custom matched colors. (picture)

Pre-Wiring:
Pre-wiring provides a decorative bracket for a light or ceiling
fan with the wiring in place.

Fan/Light:
The fan/light when combined with the pre-wire gives you a
42" three speed fan with light installed.

The Gazebeque:
The Gazebeque has a concrete fire pit in the middle with
a round charcoal barbeque that fits inside it. Therefore,
you can use it as a fire pit or a charcoal grill. There is
a hood and exhaust stack installed in the center of the gazebo.

Cupola and Weathervane:
All gazebos come with a fancy cupola complete with a weathervane
in several different styles. The cupola is a functional ceiling
vent to keep the unit cool on hot sunny days.
